SHIPPING & TAX

We make it easy for you to shop online with us by offering complimentary 3-5 business day shipping direct from Switzerland on all orders, no minimum spend, forever. Just choose your favourite products and we will do the rest.

In the face of the current challenges, we are working hard to ensure there is an uninterrupted service. We have put measures in place to ensure safe handling of the products from packaging to shipping.

Once we receive your payment, we aim to despatch your order on the same business day, provided the order is placed before midday CET.

You will receive your order:

• In Switzerland - within 1-2 business days, sent by Swiss post
• All other countries* - 3-5 business days, depending on customs, sent by FedEx International Priority

All prices listed in the shop include Swiss VAT for orders delivered within Switzerland, and exclude Swiss VAT for orders delivered to all other countries. However, you may be subject to import taxes and/or VAT imposed by your country of residence. Such taxes and/or local VAT are not included in the prices set out in the Shop and paid by You upon delivery. We advise to familiarise yourself with your country's import regulations.
